Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Gather & Go! To ensure a smooth pickup: 1. Scheduling: Pickups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. 2. Donation Prep: Please bag your clothing (2-10 trash bags) and place the in an easily accessible location (porch, driveway, or front door) at the scheduled time. 3. Service Area: We serve homes from Alpharetta to Peachtree City. Additional travel fees may apply outside the zone. 4. Add-Ons & Extra Bags: The base fee covers up to 2 bags. Additional bags can be added for $2 per bag. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. 6. Donation Acceptance: We accept clean clothing, small toys, and small household linens. We do not accept furniture, hazardous materials, or non-donatable items. By scheduleing a pickup, you agree to this policy. Thank you for helping us make giving back simple and convenient!
